The resin moulds are the most essential components of a successful high pressure casting process. The experience of KEY designers, and technicians guarantees the rapid design, construction, production and utilization of high pressure casting resin moulds that last a minimum of 30,000 casts.

   KEY factory is designed in such a way that the resin moulds are free of error and ready for production right out of our facility. We insure the quality of our resin moulds by testing them at each stage of the new product development process.  If demanded, KEY trains customer's technicians at KEY factory to make sure of an error-free utilization of the resin mould after the delivery.

   Through this unique product development process, KEY offer high quality, long lasting resin moulds and most importantly guarantees a seamless production.
